Policies, Options & Rates
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Orders received on week days after 12pm EST, on weekend days
(Saturday and Sunday) and on holidays will begin processing the
next business day. Shipping times may vary due to availability
of merchandise. Solefetish.com will contact you with a follow-up
email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in
stock or if we need to confirm availability.
SoleFetish.com offers four types of shipping options for
delivery within the United States. At this time, we are unable
to ship to international destinations, P.O. Boxes, APO addresses
or US territories.
All packages are shipped via UPS and we offer the following
shipping options:
Ground (5 to 7 business days)
3 Day Select (3 to 4 business days)
2nd Day Air (2 business days)
Next Day Air (1 business day)
Tracking Your Order
If you want to track your order shipment via UPS, you can do so
in the following way:
1) Refer to your order confirmation email for the UPS tracking
number; then simply enter your tracking number on the UPS
website at www.ups.com to track your order shipment.
