Return Policy

At SoleFetish.com, we guarantee all items we sell are the highest quality and hope that every customer will be completely satisfied with their purchase. However, we realize that returns are sometimes unavoidable. If you need to return or exchange an item, please refer to the following return and exchange policy:

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Returns and exchanges (with exception of handbags, accessories, and clearance items) are accepted within 14 days of receipt for items that are unworn, unused, and in their original condition with all original tags attached - including original packaging. All exchanges are subject to availability and payment of any cost difference for the item as well as any additional shipping and taxes. Sole Fetish has the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet these requirements. All refunds will be processed within 5 business days.


PLEASE NOTE: Shipping and handling charges are <non-refundable>.

FOOTWEAR ITEMS
Upon receiving your shoes, please check the sizing by trying them on indoors, on a carpeted surface so as to not blemish the soles. We do not accept returns or exchanges on shoes that are scuffed, marked, or worn. Footwear returns and exchanges must include the original designer shoe box, be undamaged, and free of postal labels. Footwear returns or exchanges without the original designer packaging will not be accepted.

HANDBAGS, ACCESSORIES, CLEARANCE ITEMS
Handbags, accessories, and clearance items are considered final sale. There are no returns or exchanges on all final sales.

Sole Fetish will not be held accountable for any packages returned to any address other than the address listed above.

How Do I Make A Return or Exchange?

Simply follow the instructions on the invoice included with your package. Securely pack and seal the return merchandise and invoice in an appropriate shipping box, and send to us at the above return address using an insured service. We encourage you to use an insured service, as this will provide you with recourse on your package since we do not accept responsibility for packages we do not ship ourselves. Shipping costs for returns and/or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer. We will process returns within 5 business days of receipt of your package.

When Will My Credit Card Be Refunded?

Once your package has been received at Sole Fetish, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 5 business days. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when the transaction has taken place.
